WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT BHITS

“One of my greatest concerns about the church today is the lack of biblical and theological understanding that characterizes many believers, and I am excited about this ministry undertaken by Bloomfield Hills Baptist Church. I am confident that the courses will do much to build up believers in grace and the knowledge of God through courses that are solid in biblical content and sound theologically. I am certain that the courses will acquaint students with the content of Scripture and with tools for understanding it accurately as well as helping them to develop the skill of living according to God’s revealed truth. I am pleased to see a former student engaged in such a needed ministry.”

Dr. Ed Curtis
Professor of Old Testament and Biblical Studies
Talbot School of Theology

“It is very encouraging to see a vital ministry like Bloomfield Hills Institute of Theological Studies arise to address the needs of area churches as it pertains to establishing solid ministries that are biblically sound, and practically effective. I personally know members of the Institute’s administration and faculty and recommend it heartily!”

Dr. Gene Mayhew
Professor of Old Testament
Michigan Theological Seminary

“The teaching at the Institute is great: energetic, engaging, serious, sometimes humorous, and always insightful! Even though I have been a Christian for more than 24 years, I am learning new aspects of Christianity that are strengthening my faith and my ability to communicate the truth of the Bible. As Paul wrote to the church in Colossae, “the new man…is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created Him.”
